Spicy Pepper Beef

Spicy pepper beef casserole with fresh sweet potatoes and green beans marinated in herbs and corn.

Ingredients

Sweet potatoes 32%, beef 16%, green beans 15%, corn 9.3%, lemon fibre, maple syrup, canola oil, tomato paste, parsley, sea salt, paprika, smoked paprika (paprika, smoke), lime juice, chili, pepper, garlic.

Preparation

Microwave:
1. Take dish out of the paper sleeve.
2. Perforate the foil once.
3. Heat up frozen with foil: 800 Watt for around 8 minutes
Oven:
1. Take dish out of the paper sleeve.
2. Heat up frozen with foil in place in a pre-heated oven:
With fan 150°C for ca. 40 minutes
Upper and lower heat 150°C for ca. 45 minutes
