Red Thai-curry with beef

Red Thai curry with a strong aromatic flavor, refined with Kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass, juicy marinated beef strips and crunchy vegetables. With fragrant basmati rice an absolute favorite!

Ingredients

Basmati rice 26%, beef 17%, coconut milk, bell peppers, broccoli, bean sprouts, green onions, citrus fiber, mango puree, banana, tomato paste, canola oil, SESAME OIL, sea salt, SOY SAUCE (water, SOY BEAN, WHEAT, table salt), maple syrup, red curry paste (red chili, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, salt, kaffir lime peel, galangal, coriander seeds, cumin).
May contain traces of soy, sesame and celery.

Preparation

Microwave (pierce the foil only ONCE)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Pierce the foil only ONCE

  3. Heat up the at 800 watts for approx. 8 min.

Oven (do NOT pierce the film)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Heat up in a preheated oven with closed foil:

    • Fan oven 150° C for approx. 40 min.

    • Top and bottom heat 150° C for approx. 45 min.
