Red coconut curry

High Protein

Red curry, black rice, colorful vegetables and delicious chicken breast. We love variety of colors and good food. And good food does not need any additives. Therefore, our coconut curry sauce consists only of natural ingredients such as coconut milk, red chilies, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, bananas and mangoes (so that it is not quite as spicy).

Ingredients

Black rice 25%, chicken breast fillet 21%, red coconut curry sauce 17% (coconut extract, water, mango puree, bananas, red curry paste (red chili, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, salt, kaffir lime zest, galangal, coriander seeds, cumin seeds), sea salt, rapeseed oil, Lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves), peppers, broccoli, sugar snap peas, red onions, PEANUT, rapeseed oil, sea salt, lime juice, pepper.

May contain traces of soy, celery and sesame.

Preparation

Microwave (pierce the foil only ONCE)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Pierce the foil only ONCE

  3. Heat up the at 800 watts for approx. 8 min.

Oven (do NOT pierce the film)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Heat up in a preheated oven with closed foil:

    • Fan oven 150° C for approx. 40 min.

    • Top and bottom heat 150° C for approx. 45 min.

Red coconut curry with chicken breast and black rice (slightly spicy). Frozen.
Store at -18° C (✱✱✱ compartment of the freezer). Do not freeze again after defrosting.
