Pollock with coconut-spinach

Grilled pollock fillet with creamy spinach in a coconut sauce and rice with vegetables marinated in sesame oil and soy sauce.

Ingredients

Rice 26% (long grain rice, wild rice), Pollock 21% (FISH), coconut milk 15%, spinach leaves 14%, leek 4.4%, carrot 4.4%, EDAMAME 4.4% (SOY BEAN), onion 3.3%, citrus fiber, sea salt, SESAME OIL, SOY SAUCE (water, SOY BEAN, WHEAT, table salt), curry powder, ginger, curry paste (red chili, shallots, garlic, lemongrass, salt, galangal, turmeric, cumin, coriander seeds, cinnamon, mace), pepper.


May contain traces of celery.

Preparation

Microwave (pierce the foil only ONCE)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Pierce the foil only ONCE

  3. Heat up the at 800 watts for approx. 8 min.

Oven (do NOT pierce the film)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Heat up in a preheated oven with closed foil:

    • Fan oven 150° C for approx. 40 min.

    • Top and bottom heat 150° C for approx. 45 min.

Store at -18°C (✱✱✱ compartment of the freezer). Do not freeze again after defrosting.
