Pasta with feta and red pesto

Whole grain pasta with tomato-vinaigrette made from sundried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, rapesseed oil, and fennel seeds with fresh veggies (champignon, zuchini, bell pepper, green beans, peas, edamame), topped with feta cheese, roasted sunflower seeds, and basil oil.

Ingredients

Wholemeal pasta 41% (HARDWHEAT GRAIN), feta cheese 8.5% (SHEEP MILK, GOAT FULL MILK, salt), bell bell pepper, zucchini, green beans, edamame (SOYA), peas, canola oil, tomatoes 4.2%, cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds, apple cider vinegar, mushroom, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, onion, sea salt, lime juice, garlic, chili pepper, thyme, fennel seeds.

May contain traces of celery and sesame.

Preparation

Microwave (pierce the foil only ONCE)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Pierce the foil only ONCE

  3. Heat up the at 800 watts for approx. 8 min.

Oven (do NOT pierce the film)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Heat up in a preheated oven with closed foil:

    • Fan oven 150° C for approx. 40 min.

    • Top and bottom heat 150° C for approx. 45 min.

Store at -18° C (✱✱✱ compartment of the freezer). Do not freeze again after defrosting.
