Oriental meatballs with lemony bulgur

Bulgur and vegetables, seasoned with lime juice. In addition, meatballs with braised tomatoes. All refined with spices from oriental cuisine. Delicious? Delicious!

Ingredients

Bulgur (WHEAT) 31%, beef 16%, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, red onions, YOGURT, zucchini, PERENNIAL,celery, rapeseed oil, onions, CHICKEN EGG, leaf parsley, lime juice 0.9%, sea salt, spices (ginger, cumin, pepper, Coriander, allspice, cinnamon, chilli, cloves, table salt, paprika, lavender), garlic, chilli, mint

May contain traces of soy and sesame.

Preparation

Microwave (pierce the foil only ONCE)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Pierce the foil only ONCE

  3. Heat up the at 800 watts for approx. 8 min.

Oven (do NOT pierce the film)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Heat up in a preheated oven with closed foil:

    • Fan oven 150° C for approx. 40 min.

    • Top and bottom heat 150° C for approx. 45 min.
