Chicken Tajine

High Protein

A culinary trip to Morocco. An aromatic tomato and vegetable tajine with oriental spices, chicken breast and fruity apricot bulgur with roasted cashews.

Ingredients

BULGUR (DURUM WHEAT) 29%, chicken breast 21%, tomato pulp, bell pepper, eggplant, carrot, chickpeas, onions, dried apricots 1.5%, CASHEWS 1.5%, sea salt, SESAME OIL, lime juice, canola oil, ginger, maple syrup, chili, SESAME SEED, curcuma, cilantro, cumin, fennel, pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, caraway, nutmeg, lovage, onion powder, anise

Preparation

Microwave:
1. Take dish out of the paper sleeve.
2. Perforate the foil once.
3. Heat up frozen with foil: 800 Watt for around 8 minutes
Oven:
1. Take dish out of the paper sleeve.
2. Heat up frozen with foil in place in a pre-heated oven:
With fan 150°C for ca. 40 minutes
Upper and lower heat 150°C for ca. 45 minutes

Moroccan inspired chicken breast with vegetables and apricot-bulgur with cashews. Frozen.
Store at -18° C (✱✱✱ compartment of the freezer). Do not freeze again after defrosting.
