Mushroom risotto with herb salmon
Super creamy and simply delicious! Our risotto with mushroom slices and refined with Italian hard cheese and lemon zest. Served with juicy herbed salmon and pea vegetables.
Ingredients
SALMON 22%, mushroom 20%, MILK, peas 17%, risotto rice 7.5%, onions, scallions, parsley, canola oil, HARD CHEESE, sea salt, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, pepper.
May contain traces of soy, sesame and celery.
Preparation
Microwave (pierce the foil only ONCE)
Take the dish out of its sleeve
Pierce the foil only ONCE
Heat up the at 800 watts for approx. 8 min.
Oven (do NOT pierce the film)
Take the dish out of its sleeve
Heat up in a preheated oven with closed foil:
Fan oven 150° C for approx. 40 min.
Top and bottom heat 150° C for approx. 45 min.

Risotto rice refined with mushrooms, served with salmon and peas. Frozen.
Store at -18°C (✱✱✱ compartment of the freezer). Do not freeze again after defrosting.
