Meatballs à la Siziliana
Italian meatballs with lots of vegetables inside - and amore. Rounded off with seven typical herbs. Accompanied by a fruity tomato sauce, grilled zucchini and linguini esters. A hearty treat inspired by Lady and the Tramp.
Ingredients
HARD-WHEAT NOODLES 33% (HARD-WHEAT GRAIN, sunflower oil, salt), zucchini 20%, strained tomatoes 15%, ground beef 11%, diced vegetables in variable proportions 6.6% (SELLET ROOTS, carrots, leek, SELLERIE, onion), water, canola oil, citrus fiber, tomato paste, sea salt, maple syrup, CREME FRAICHE, oregano, basil, chili, garlic, thyme, pepper, rosemary, marjoram, sage, savory.
May contain traces of soy and sesame.
Preparation
Microwave (pierce the foil only ONCE)
Take the dish out of its sleeve
Pierce the foil only ONCE
Heat up the at 800 watts for approx. 8 min.
Oven (do NOT pierce the film)
Take the dish out of its sleeve
Heat up in a preheated oven with closed foil:
Fan oven 150° C for approx. 40 min.
Top and bottom heat 150° C for approx. 45 min.
