Linguine with Hokkaido-pumpkin
Pasta and pumpkin - the feel-good dish during the cold season!
Linguini nests are combined with a creamy pumpkin sauce, spinach and baked Hokkaido pumpkin cubes. Topped with roasted pumpkin seeds.
Ingredients
HARD WHEAT NOODLES 33% (HARD WHEAT GRAIN, sunflower oil, salt), Hokkaido pumpkin 21%, pumpkin 17%, spinach 7.7%, MILK, water, onion, CREME FRAICHE, citrus fiber, pumpkin seeds, sea salt, canola oil, garlic, ginger, chili, nutmeg, pepper, paprika, tomato, cumin, coriander.
May contain traces of soy, sesame and celery.
Preparation
Microwave (pierce the foil only ONCE)
Take the dish out of its sleeve
Pierce the foil only ONCE
Heat up the at 800 watts for approx. 8 min.
Oven (do NOT pierce the film)
Take the dish out of its sleeve
Heat up in a preheated oven with closed foil:
Fan oven 150° C for approx. 40 min.
Top and bottom heat 150° C for approx. 45 min.
