Preparation

Microwave: 1. remove dish from this envelope 2. pierce the foil only 1x 3. heat unthawed with the foil: 800 watts for approx. 8 minutes Oven: 1. remove dish from this envelope 2. heat unthawed in the preheated oven with the foil closed: Fan oven 150°C for approx. 40 minutes top and bottom heat 150°C for approx. 45 minutes
