Lemon salmon
Salmon with the lemony freshness kick combined with Mediterranean tomato sauce and rice with beans and broccoli. Sounds good? Tastes good too.
Ingredients
Long grain rice 28%, SALMON FILLET 21%, strained tomatoes 14%, broccoli 11%, green beans 11%, water, onions, leeks, carrots, sea salt, canola oil, oregano, chili, basil, lemon zest, pepper, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, sage, savory.
May contain traces of soy, sesame and celery.
Preparation
Microwave (pierce the foil only ONCE)
Take the dish out of its sleeve
Pierce the foil only ONCE
Heat up the at 800 watts for approx. 8 min.
Oven (do NOT pierce the film)
Take the dish out of its sleeve
Heat up in a preheated oven with closed foil:
Fan oven 150° C for approx. 40 min.
Top and bottom heat 150° C for approx. 45 min.

Store at -18° C (✱✱✱ compartment of the freezer). Do not freeze again after defrosting.
