Lamb ragout

with green beans and basmati rice

We slowly braise our lamb ragout with red lentils and beans and add an oriental Ras-el-Hanout spice mixture. Dried apricots come with basmati rice because the sweetness goes perfectly with the dish.

Ingredients

Basmati rice 27%, lamb 19%, onions, red lentils, tomatoes, princess beans 6.7%, white beans, dried apricots, apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, sea salt, canola oil, garlic, sweet peppers, ginger, cumin, pepper, coriander, allspice, cinnamon, chili, cloves, lavender

Preparation

Microwave (pierce the foil only ONCE)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Pierce the foil only ONCE

  3. Heat up the at 800 watts for approx. 8 min.

Oven (do NOT pierce the film)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Heat up in a preheated oven with closed foil:

    • Fan oven 150° C for approx. 40 min.

    • Top and bottom heat 150° C for approx. 45 min.

Store at -18° C (✱✱✱ compartment of the freezer). Do not freeze again after defrosting.
