Korean Beef
Uckermark cattle from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and Korean spices - an unbeatable combination. On the side: glass noodles and kimchi. Kimchi is a Korean specialty, that can be found in nearly every meal in Korea. It is an ingredient, where vegetables, mostly cabbage, cucumber or radish are put in together with chilli and are fermented. Our chef Patrick was inspired by this and created his very own version.
