Salmon and lots of vegetables - a classic with that certain something! Crunchy peppers, broccoli, leeks and carrots with salmon fillet under herb topping with Asian flavours through coriander, ginger, lemongrass and lime leaves! Few carbs much pleasure!

Ingredients

Peppers 24%, LAKES 21%, onions 12%, broccoli 12%, leeks 12%, carrots 11%, canola oil, herb spice blend (coriander, ginger, lemongrass, shallots, garlic, lime leaves, red chilies), SOY SAUCE (water, SOY, WHEAT, salt), sea salt, lime juice, paprika, cumin, coriander, fenugreek, hemp seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, fennel, horseradish, spinach.

May contain traces of sesame and celery.

Preparation

Microwave (pierce the foil only ONCE)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Pierce the foil only ONCE

  3. Heat up the at 800 watts for approx. 8 min.

Oven (do NOT pierce the film)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Heat up in a preheated oven with closed foil:

    • Fan oven 150° C for approx. 40 min.

    • Top and bottom heat 150° C for approx. 45 min.

Store at -18°C (✱✱✱ compartment of the freezer). Do not freeze again after defrosting.
