Grilled chicken breast with oven vegetables and gremolata

Peppers, eggplant, zucchini, onions and potatoes cooked to the point in the oven with grilled chicken breast and gremolata. Gremolata? This is an incredibly delicious herbal seasoning mix from Italian cuisine. For our gremolata we chop leaf parsley and garlic, add lime juice, sea salt and a little rapeseed oil. Just perfect.

Ingredients

Potatoes 32%, chicken fillet 21%, bell pepper 8%, red onions 9%, zucchini 9%, eggplant 9%, rapeseed oil, parsley, sea salt, garlic, lime juice

May contain traces of soy, celery and sesame.

Preparation

Microwave (pierce the foil only ONCE)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Pierce the foil only ONCE

  3. Heat up the at 800 watts for approx. 8 min.

Oven (do NOT pierce the film)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Heat up in a preheated oven with closed foil:

    • Fan oven 150° C for approx. 40 min.

    • Top and bottom heat 150° C for approx. 45 min.
