Glass noodles with salmon and pak choi

Ingredients

Broad glass noodles 27% (pea starch, potato starch, corn starch, water, mung bean starch), SALMON FILLET 21%, Pak Choi 10%, zucchini, carrot, soy sauce (water, SOY BEAN, WHEAT, salt), red onions, peppers, CASHEW NUTS, lime juice, SESAME, SESAME OIL, miso paste (water, soybean, rice, salt), curring paste
(dried red chilli, shallots, garlic, lemongrass, salt, galangal, turmeric, cumin, coriander seeds, spices), chilli pepper, coriander, garlic, rapeseed oil, sea salt, ginger, black SESAME SEEDS

May contain traces of celery.

Preparation

Microwave (pierce the foil only ONCE)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Pierce the foil only ONCE

  3. Heat up the at 800 watts for approx. 8 min.

Oven (do NOT pierce the film)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Heat up in a preheated oven with closed foil:

    • Fan oven 150° C for approx. 40 min.

    • Top and bottom heat 150° C for approx. 45 min.

Store at -18° C (✱✱✱ compartment of the freezer). Do not freeze again after defrosting.
