Cauliflower Curry Aloo Gobi

Potatoes "Aloo" and cauliflower "Gobi" - what fits that fits. This Indian curry is refined with many Indian spices and coconut milk.

Ingredients

Potatoes 37%, coconut milk 17%, cauliflower 17%, carrot 8.4%, peas 5.1%, beluga lentils 4.4%, chickpeas 4.2%, onions, lemon fibre, canola oil, sea salt, ginger, lime juice, chilli, spices (cumin, paprika, cilantro, pepper, fenugreek, hemp seed, cardamom, garlic, cinnamon, curcuma, fennel, horse radish, spinach, caraway, nut meg, lovage, anise)

Can contain traces of soy, cellery and sesame.

Preparation

Microwave (pierce the foil only ONCE)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Pierce the foil only ONCE

  3. Heat up the at 800 watts for approx. 8 min.

Oven (do NOT pierce the film)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Heat up in a preheated oven with closed foil:

    • Fan oven 150° C for approx. 40 min.

    • Top and bottom heat 150° C for approx. 45 min.

Curry made from cauliflower and vegetables with potatoes. Frozen.
Store at -18° C (✱✱✱ compartment of the freezer). Do not freeze again after defrosting.
