with lentils and long grain wild rice

Indian-inspired Dal made from red lentils and coconut milk with authentic spices, topped with grilled vegetables, chickpeas and black lentils, plus a mixture of black rice and wild rice.

Ingredients

Rice 31% (long grain rice, wild rice), tomatoes 11%, coconut milk (coconut extract, water) 10%, red lentils 10%, beluga lentils 7.4%, carrots 7.2%, onions, chickpeas 4.2%, SELLERY 3.6%, canola oil, garlic, ginger, sea salt, chili, cumin, paprika, coriander, fenugreek, hemp seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, fennel, horseradish, spinach, bell pepper, allspice, cloves, lavender

Preparation

Microwave (pierce the foil only ONCE)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Pierce the foil only ONCE

  3. Heat up the at 800 watts for approx. 8 min.

Oven (do NOT pierce the film)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Heat up in a preheated oven with closed foil:

    • Fan oven 150° C for approx. 40 min.

    • Top and bottom heat 150° C for approx. 45 min.

Indian style lentil dish with vegetables with chickpeas and rice. Frozen.
Store at -18° C (✱✱✱ compartment of the freezer). Do not freeze again after defrosting.
