Chicken Tikka Masala

The beloved classic of Indian cuisine. Chicken breast in a spiced tomato sauce with spiced long grain rice and vegetables.

Ingredients

Long grain rice 29%, chicken breast fillet 20%, strained tomatoes, coconut milk, French beans 4.4%, carrots 4.4%, peas 4.4%, onions, canola oil, almond flakes, ginger, sea salt, garlic, chili, lemon peel, maple syrup, coriander, cumin, paprika, cardamom, fennel, bell pepper, fenugreek, hemp seed, cinnamon, cumin, mustkat nut, turmeric, lovage, muscant nut, horseradish, spinach, anise.

May contain traces of soy, sesame and celery.

Preparation

Microwave (pierce the foil only ONCE)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Pierce the foil only ONCE

  3. Heat up the at 800 watts for approx. 8 min.

Oven (do NOT pierce the film)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Heat up in a preheated oven with closed foil:

    • Fan oven 150° C for approx. 40 min.

    • Top and bottom heat 150° C for approx. 45 min.
