Braised vegetables with eggplant, peppers, carrots and chickpeas in a tomatoey sauce with lots of spices like turmeric, cumin and cardamom. Served with fluffy bulgur with toasted cashew nut pieces and apricot pieces.

Ingredients

Bulgur 25% (HARDWHEAT), eggplant 21%, strained tomatoes 16%, peppers 10%, chickpeas, carrots 6.6%, onions, dried apricots, CASHEWKERS, SESAME OIL, sea salt, maple syrup, canola oil, ginger, chili, lime juice, turmeric, coriander, cumin, fennel, pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg, lovage, aniseed.

May contain traces of soy and celery.

Preparation

Microwave (pierce the foil only ONCE)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Pierce the foil only ONCE

  3. Heat up the at 800 watts for approx. 8 min.

Oven (do NOT pierce the film)

  1. Take the dish out of its sleeve

  2. Heat up in a preheated oven with closed foil:

    • Fan oven 150° C for approx. 40 min.

    • Top and bottom heat 150° C for approx. 45 min.
